When Will the 1st Year Gazette 2026 Be Available?
The 1st Year Result 2026 for Punjab Boards is currently expected to be announced on October 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The gazette is generally made available after the result is announced. The exact upload time can vary from one Board to another.
Therefore, students should not assume that every Board will publish its PDF at exactly the same minute.
Important: The date and time mentioned above are based on the currently available schedule information. Check your Board’s official website for the final confirmation.
What Is a 1st Year Result Gazette?
A result gazette is a document containing the results of a large number of students who appeared in a particular examination.
For HSSC Part-I, the gazette may contain information such as:
- Student name
- Roll number
- Father’s name
- Subject-wise marks
- Total marks
- Grade or result status
The format can differ between Boards, so the information displayed in the PDF may not be identical for every BISE.
Unlike an individual result page, a gazette contains results for many students in the same document.

Step 3: Select HSSC Part-I 2026
Choose the option related to HSSC Part-I / 11th Class / 1st Year Result 2026.
Step 4: Find the Gazette PDF

HSSC Part-I Result Gazette 2026
Click the relevant link to open or download the PDF.
Step 5: Search Your Result
After opening the PDF, use the search option on your device.
On a computer, press:
Ctrl + F
On a mobile phone, use the PDF reader’s Search icon.
Enter your roll number first because it is usually easier to identify the correct record.
How to Check 1st Year Result by Roll Number in Gazette
Searching by roll number is one of the simplest ways to locate your record.
For example, if your roll number is printed on your examination slip, enter that number into the PDF search box.
If the PDF is text-searchable, the reader should take you to the relevant entry.
Check the information carefully before assuming that the record belongs to you, particularly if several students have similar names.
Can I Check 1st Year Result by Name?
Yes, if the gazette is searchable by name, you can try finding your result by entering your name.
However, name searches may be less convenient than roll-number searches because several students can have identical or similar names.
If you search by name, compare additional information such as:
- Father’s name
- Roll number
- College or institution, if shown
- Marks
- Result status
This can help you confirm that you have found the correct student record.
1st Year Gazette vs Online Result
The gazette and online result portal serve different purposes.
The online result portal is generally designed for an individual student to check their result using information such as a roll number.
The gazette contains the results of many students in one document.
If the Board’s online result website becomes slow because many students are checking their results at the same time, the gazette can be another way to locate your result once the official PDF has been published.
Is the Gazette an Official Result Card?
No. A gazette should not be treated as a replacement for your original result card or certificate.
Use the gazette to check your result information and then verify the marks through the official Board’s result system where possible.
Your school or college will provide further information about receiving the official result documents.
What Should You Do After Checking Your Result?
After finding your record in the gazette, carefully check the information.
You should:
- Compare the marks with the official online result.
- Save a screenshot or note your result information for your personal records.
- Contact your college or Board if you notice an apparent discrepancy.
- Follow the Board’s official procedure if you want to apply for scrutiny or rechecking.
- Keep your official result documents safe when they are issued.
Do not rely on unofficial websites for important result-related decisions.
1st Year Result 2026: What If the Board Website Is Slow?
Result day can bring a large number of visitors to Board websites. As a result, the website may respond slowly or temporarily become difficult to access.
If this happens, wait a few minutes and try again.
You can also check whether your Board has published its official gazette. However, do not download files from random websites claiming to provide an “official” gazette if the source cannot be verified.
Important Difference Between 1st Year and 2nd Year Gazette
Students should make sure they are opening the correct examination gazette.
1st Year = HSSC Part-I / 11th Class
2nd Year = HSSC Part-II / 12th Class
The two examinations have separate results and gazettes. A student looking for an HSSC Part-I result should select the 1st Year / HSSC Part-I 2026 gazette.
